July Yogi of The Month! Here's what he has to say about his yoga practice.
I've
been into physical fitness most my life, but I recently made yoga my priority
after going through a very difficult time. Initially I wasn't sold, but as I kept going,
thankfully, I came to love and embrace the Vinyasa style. I feel it encompasses
what I enjoy about cardiovascular workouts, strength training and well, yoga.
It's been such a positive life changing choice to partake in this. It makes me
feel good, look good and it's helped develop my mental discipline and stamina.
Needless to say I recommend this to anyone, I literally do, and I
specifically love coming here, the teachers are great the people are friendly
and the place is clean. It's one of the best decisions I've made.
